Mike has spent a good part of his professional career as an advisor and consultant. Now during the CovidPandemic, Mike is the Director of Technical products and Devices for RS Medical Supply LLC. He is in chargeof providing the guidance needed to the RS Medical Supply team of professionals, and to its clients. He alsoevaluates and vets to ensure that all Personal protective equipment (PPE) products, as well as COVID testkits, are up to par with the company’s standard of excellence.

Prior to RS Medical Supply, Mike has been an expert witness for many attorneys that handle complex materialand construction cases. He is versed in writing detailed scopes for Public Insurance Adjusters to help justifyneeded resources for emergency needs during crises and crisis management. Using this skill set, he alsoplans many recovery needs after natural disasters and emergency system alerts within the USA.

In 2020, Mike also assembled a team of renowned chemists and industrial hygienists to establish thepathways of infection of harmful pathogens (superbugs) and the coronavirus (Sars Cov2). These pathogensinclude bacterial, fungal, viral, mold and mildew. The next months were dedicated to researching availableproducts that will create a comprehensive protection system, a Pathogen Defense System. Josephine is also the founder and President of Axxis Worldwide, LLC, a company that sourcesand procures an array of products directly with international manufacturers. These products includemedical equipment, PPE, hospitality equipment and restaurant supplies, outdoor living products fromexclusive designers. She has designed and trademarked the JoLee collection for a major outdoorcompany in the US and sold it to big box stores. She also developed, patented, and manufacturedproducts for the cruise line Industry. Josephine possesses the ability to source and procure many hard-to-locate items through her offices in Shanghai, the Philippines, and Singapore. These capabilitiesallowed her to negotiate and close large transactions.
